Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive an incorrect product
• The product packaging is tampered with during transit

Return Request Period

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products returned without original packaging

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Method

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
• COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
